I could be wrong, but isn't that card NE2000-compatible? Disable
plug-and-play in the bios (using the software supplied with the card, if
applicable), and it should work quite happily with the generic NE2000
driver.
Alternatively (assuming the machine currently has windows installed, and can
be networed to another machine with a cdrom), just copy all the contents of
the CD to the primary DOS partition, and install from there (I've used this
method successfully with Debian and FreeBSD, there's no reason why it
shouldn't work for other things)...

bah! I've just spent a week downloading freeBSD in it's entirity, and I'm
still not finished (confounded 28.8k connection)... so I'd be happy if it
took only a day :)
