Help,

I have an IBM i 1200 Series ThinkPad. I finally manged to load Mandrake 7.2,
which I bought, on my ThinkPad. Either they had a BIOS restriction from
booting off non MS CD's or Diskettes, or a BIOS problem. Anyway the install
found the card and installed the Xfree86 server. When I try to start "X" it
errors. When I change the display resolution to 8bpp I get a 2x10" window
w/the entire X desktop compressed w/in it.. I've tried everthing I can think
of. I've visited linux laptop web pages, and discussion groups. Does anyone
know how I can get this working.
