I have all the files you need in a handy dandy tar.gz file if you want
them. The files are also available via the link Peter gave but you have
to hunt a little for them. It includes a PCMCIA config file that I
modified. It also includes a special make file that compiles the
cb_shim.o which doesn't compile on some distributions in my experience
with the Makefile from the scyld site.
What distribution are you using?
