Subject: "hda: lost interrupt" and low battery

When my batteries are getting low and my laptop begins beeping I
suddently get the message:
"hda: lost interrupt"
and the whole system crashes. I think it can be fixed with a new kernel,
but i haven't found the right option yet. Any ideas?
