pcmcia error with network card.

When i run this command: /etc/rc.d/ined.d/pcmcia start i get this error,
"Bad bridge mapping at 0xffeff000!
not found.
/liib/modules/2.2.16-22/pcmcia/i82365.o: init module: Device or resource
busy
Hint: insmod error can be caused by incorrect module parameters, includ IO
or IRQ parameters
ds: no socket driver loaded!

I have tried this already: looked at /proc/interupts and added
"irq_list=10,11" to /etc/sysconfig/pcmcia (but i dont know how to add IO
adress here).

It is RedHat 7.0 that i am running on my Laptop, The network card is an 3com
Megahertz with Xjack 3cxe589dc

plz help me...
